All in One Pie

COFFEE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

Melt butter and add S&D Espresso Coffee Extract. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Pour the coffee mixture over the crumbs mix; press into 9-inch pan.

SWEET TEA POTATO FILLING

Boil sweet potatoes in green tea with lemons and sugar until tender. Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a big bowl. Add butter, S&D Black Tea Extract, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add sweet potato mixture to the graham cracker crust.

COFFEE MARSHMALLOW FLUFF

Mix S&D Espresso Coffee Extract with marshmallow fluff. Smooth on to top of pie and bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Garnish pie with light brown sugar and graham cracker crumbs.

3 tsp. S&D Espresso Coffee Extract
1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup white sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon

SWEET TEA POTATO FILLING

1/3 cup S&D Black Tea Extract
3 bags green tea, brewed
3 lemon slices
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

 

COFFEE MARSHMALLOW FLUFF

3 tbsp. S&D Espresso Coffee Extract
1 jar marshmallow fluff

GARNISH

Light brown sugar
Graham cracker crumbs
