Place milk, chocolate syrup, extract and banana in a blender with ice. Blend for one minute or until smooth, with no ice chunks. Drizzle caramel into the sides of a cup, pour the beverage into the cup and top with whipped cream and additional caramel drizzle.

1/2 banana, cubed
2 cups ice
Caramel (as needed)
Whipped cream (as needed)
