Combine S&D Espresso Coffee Extract with the simple syrup and reduce on stove top until thick; reduce by at least half. Combine in a blender and add ice cubes, coconut cream, light coconut milk, and a dash of cardamom. Blend thoroughly in blender for approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute. Pour in glass and garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
