Mix together corn meal, flour, sugar, S&D Black Tea Extract and egg until smooth. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, cranberries, mango, shredded coconut and walnuts. Pour in greased loaf pan and bake at 375° until toothpick comes out clean. Heat topping ingredients together in saucepan over low heat. Pour over cake before serving.

1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried mango, chopped
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 cup S&D Black Tea Extract
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
